The band that taught a generation of disaffected teens that melancholy was two words is back again. Though Billy Corgan is the only remaining original member, and the only one in the current lineup old enough to have even the faintest memory of 1979, the reconstituted alternative rock outfit shows he hasn’t lost his touch for all things angsty. The band has been rolling out Teargarden by Kaleidyscope track by track, with Oceania rumored to drop next month.
