Kenmare has given up the ghost. The Paul Sevigny and Nur Khan onetime hot spot, in Nolita, will be replaced by a new concept.

Grey Dog Carmine Street, the original location of this sandwich chainlet, has closed. A Mulberry Street branch is opening today.

Sette Enoteca e Cucina, in Park Slope, has shuttered. Owner Giovanni Tafuri is reopening blocks away as Giovanni’s Brooklyn Eats.

Holy Basil, in the East Village, was recently shut down by the DOH. It will apparently not be reopening: The space is for rent.

Toasties, near NYU, has closed its doors, reportedly due to nonpayment of some eight months in back rent.
