Where Was I Eating? Co.

by

Looks like we have some big pizza eaters here at Fork in the Road. I was eating the delicious stracciatella pie at this Chelsea pizzeria, Co. Topped with crushed tomato, a mountain of arugula, freshly cracked black pepper, and the ultra creamy form of mozzarella cheese called stracciatella, this pizza doesn’t come cheap at $18, but by golly is it worth it. The flavors are bright and the crust a perfect balance between crisp and chew.

Congratulations to Fiona, who correctly named the spot. Please email me to claim your cookbook. Thanks to all you pizza eaters who played, and hope to see all of you again next Monday afternoon for a whole new round of fun.
