Parm, the Torrisi Italian Specialties spin-off (and home of some of the tastiest fried mozzarella sticks we’ve ever had), has been slinging its moist turkey and namesake parm sandwiches at lunchtime for about a month now. And today the restaurant will begin its dinner service, according to a server who answered our phone-call inquiry last night. So what can you expect come nighttime?
In addition to the veggie plates, mozzarella, Sunday salads, and baked ziti, there will be nightly specials. An early glimpse at the menu revealed that Monday would bring fried chicken caccitore, Tuesday pork chop pizziaola, Wednesday aged chopped steak, Thursday Italian Thanksgiving, Friday zuppa di pesce, Saturday veal parm, and Sunday Chinese. Looks like tonight’s dinner quandary just got solved.
