Do you like stuffing your face with copious amounts of delicious food? Do you like drinking glass after glass of beer and wine? Think the Village Voice is pretty rad? If you answered yes to any (and hopefully all) of these questions, mark your calendar for March 13. Yes, dear friends, Choice Eats has returned.
The fifth annual tasting event will be held once again at the 69th Armory on Lexington Avenue on March 13, 2012. Last year the event featured over 60 restaurants representing 35 countries and sold out three weeks in advance of the festivities. This year should be no different, so you’re going to want to get tickets early. They’ll go on sale on the Choice Eats website on Wednesday, January 18, 2012, at a cost of $80 for VIP tickets and $50 for general admission. With a ticket, you’ll be able to stuff your face with samples of tasty food from restaurants throughout all the five boroughs and get to sample beer, wine, and cocktails from select vendors. This year’s restaurants haven’t yet been revealed, but for a look at last year’s eateries, click here. Otherwise, stay tuned for more updates over the next few weeks.
