Rocket Joes, a Lower East Side pizzeria loved by late-night revelers, has closed temporarily — it’s going through an ownership change and dealing with a host of health violations.

Currywurst, which had served Greenwich Villagers sausages for less than a year, got the boot from its Bleecker Street location. Reports indicate that it’s donezo following a recent eviction.

Terrace in the Sky, long nestled high up in Columbia University’s Butler Hall, has shuttered. No word yet on whether other restaurateurs are eyeing the space, which boasts panoramic views of the city.

Matsuri restaurant and Hiro Ballroom, long the stomping grounds of the tabloid-ready in-crowd, will close in March. The management plans on an extensive revamp by 2013.
