Two recent attacks on wellness spas have blurred the line between cop and robber.
Authorities say that two men posing as police officers brandished badges and busted into the Waterfront Spa ( 33 First Avenue) on Dec. 1, asking to review the biz’s license and any cash.
The victim, a 55-year-old woman, refused. The suspected perps, described as two 6-foot black males in their 30s, grabbed the woman by the arm and then fled.
They next hit up the Relax Spa (1248 St. Nicholas Avenue) on Dec. 12.
They tried the same trick, and the victim — a 42-year-old woman — didn’t buy it. They punched her in the face and fled.
They wore the same outfits to each attempted robbery, cops say.
One of the suspects was caught on video wearing a Yankees baseball cap with a light blue jacket and blue jeans. The other had on a light blue hat with a dark jacket and dark pants.
