Just last week, the avant-garde arts space ISSUE Project Room threw a concert to mark the end of its stay at the Old American Can Factory. Thing about forward-thinking types, though—they move fast. So this week, ISSUE celebrates its official move into new downtown-Brooklyn digs with four nights of experimental music presented in collaboration with the Dutch festival Gaudeamus Muziekweek. On the docket tonight: performances by Amsterdam-based Wouter Snoei, billed as “an authority on 192-channel wave-field synthesis techniques”; NY electronic-music dude Matthew Ostrowski; and R We Who R We, an arty local duo (almost) named after a Ke$ha tune.
