Signage is up at 41-43 Carmine Street, signaling the city’s soon-to-be-newest branch of Blossom du Jour, the rapidly expanding vegan mini empire known for fast-casual fare like its avocado wrap and the Midtown Melt (cajun spiced seitan, vegan cheddar, agave guacamole, lettuce, and chipotle aioli).
