Howler

Titling a song “This One’s Different,” as Minneapolis’s Howler do on their new America Give Up, is one way to set your disheveled indie-rock band apart from the hundreds (thousands!) of other disheveled indie-rock bands currently making the rounds. An even better way, though, is titling another song “Beach Sluts,” which is obviously some kind of veiled Surfer Blood dis, right?
