The question isn’t “why stick fried wontons on top of stir-fried meats?” The question is “why not stick fried wontons on top of stir-fried meats?”
With Golden Forest’s subgum, naysayers won’t get an answer.
But they’ll get a decent, greasy gutbomb–pork, beef, and chicken tossed in brown wok sauce and topped with a crispy dumpling–for $6.95.
