The drink: Fresh Strawberry Mojito

The price: $12
The ingredients: Bacardi white rum, fresh lime juice, granulated cane sugar, fresh mint springs, club soda, strawberries
The process: Cut strawberries fresh, right before muddling at bottom of glass with five to six mint springs and a teaspoon of cane sugar a splash of club soda. Muddle, don’t mash. Fill glass to the brim with ice and add simultaneously lime juice and white rum. Top with club soda. Garnish with mint and strawberry.
