Ingredients: 2 tablespoons pineapple, 2 sprigs mint, 1 ounce simple syrup, 1 1/2 ounces Rittenhouse Rye whisky, 1/2 ounce lemon, 1/2 ounce lime juice, splash soda, shake with rocks
The process: Muddle pineapple and mint with simple syrup. Add Rittenhouse Rye whisky, lemon, and lime juice. Shake over ice. Add a splash of soda. Garnish with big mint sprig and pineapple wedge.
