Yesterday, we launched an exciting new beer column here on Fork in the Road. And just a few minutes after I saw a comment that “New York doesn’t have craft beer,” I came across a project on Kickstarter for a promising new 15-barrel microbrewery. Lauri and Matthew Spitz’s work sounds exciting and is very close to its funding goal.
Our year round brews will be our Porter, ESB and the Hop Trilogy, which includes our Pale Ale, IPA and our Imperial IPA. We will also feature a rotation of seasonal brews plus whatever else strikes our fancy! The brewery will be will open to the public for tastings, beer classes, and growlers for purchase.
