This week’s column is an observational diatribe about the fact that it’s impossible to kill and bury a celeb’s career these days, no matter what they do to destroy it themselves!
Look at Lindsay! (All right, don’t look at Lindsay.)
Look at Charlie, Chris, and even Mel.
There’s renewed hope for practically everyone in the public eye, regardless of their bad choices, terrible behavior, and lousy hair.
And as I say in the column, I’m starting to feel that’s OK.
After all, allowing for redemption is one of the noblest things the American public has been known to do–especially since, after building these people up again, we can watch them repeat all the old mistakes and tumble again.
Please give it a read so I can have a brand new chapter in my life.
