Seafood-lovers gathered at Brooklyn Brewery in celebration of crawfish and beer for the “Pinch Tail, Suck Head” event held by Edible Brooklyn Magazine. The tasty crustaceans were ordered straight from the source through Louisiana Crawfish Company in New Orleans and then FedExed up to Brooklyn within a day. The crawfish were prepped along with corn, potatoes, and sausage before being cooked and given a generous dusting of creole spices. The bibs came out, the newspapers were rolled out, and a low country feast was had.
