To celebrate National Lobster Day (June 15 everyone, mark your calendars), Vai on the Upper West Side will launch an three-course Lobster Menu for $49 available from today to Sunday, June 17.

Chilled Lobster, heirloom tomato carpaccio, micro basil
Sautéed Lobster Fricassee, chanterelle mushrooms, sunchoke mousseline
Surf & Turf grilled Maine lobster tail and veal duo, preserved lemon, brown butter
