A natural Casanova?
We’re told by Robert Sietsema that several of these signs have just been posted around Sheridan Square, in the West Village.
They have aparently been spotted in Brooklyn too — off the C-train in Clinton Hill, according to a February Brooklynian post and then again in April.
We called both phone numbers to see what’s up.
The first went to voicemail and instructed: “The number is a real number. You have dialed a real number, and we’ll be here if you are serious about your call, leave your name and number. If not just hang up.”
The second number featured a voicemail recording that only identified the line’s owner as “John.”

And if you’re the mysterious and spendthrift “John” — if you’re real, which you probably aren’t — we especially want to talk to you.
