Recipe: Rhubarb and Tequila Cocktail


You’ve got to stay hydrated during a heat wave! Stay cool with fresh vegetable and fruit cocktails, which we’ll be running all month.

Ingredients: 1.5 ounces Reposado Tequila, 1 ounce rhubarb purée, 2 freshly squeezed lemon segments, .5 ounces simple syrup, dash of rhubarb bitters, splash of sparkling wine

The process: Shake and strain into a martini glass. Float with sparkling wine.
