Recipe: Jamaica Margarita


The drink: Jamaica Margarita

The bar: Rocking Horse

The price: $11

Ingredients: 1 ½ oz Herradura Silver, ½ oz triple sec, ¾ oz lime juice, ½ oz hibiscus tea syrup (simple syrup made with strong cold hibiscus tea instead of water)

Glass: Highball

Garnish: Lime wedge and hibiscus flower

The process:
1) Place all ingredients into a shaker with cubed ice, shake vigorously
2) Strain into a highball filled with cubed ice
3) Garnish with a lime wedge and hibiscus flower
