Recipe: Rhubarb and Apricot Margarita

The drink: Rhubarb and Apricot Margarita

Ingredients: 2oz Herradura Silver, 3 inches rhubarb, 1 ounce apricot puree, 1 oz fresh lime juice, 1/2 oz agave nectar

Glass: Old Fashioned

Garnish: Rhubarb stem

The process:
1) Dice rhubarb and place into the base of a cocktail shaker, crush with a muddler.
2) Add all other ingredients to the shaker
3) Fill shaker with ice and shake vigorously to combine the flavors
4) Strain over cubed ice into a cocktail, garnish with rhubarb stem
