Unlimited caviar plus champagne or vodka on a rooftop garden terrace? Yes please. For $100 per person, Russian restaurant FireBird is offering the deal every Thursday from 5-7 pm, starting July 19. Guests can enjoy caviars served with all the traditional accoutrements (blinis/toast points, red onion, egg white, egg yolk and crème fraîche), champagne cocktails and vodka served in ice-cold flutes or vodka cocktails.
Elizabeth Karmel, executive chef of Hill Country and author of three cookbooks, is launching a pop-up shop at OpenSky.com on Wednesday, July 18. She’s created kits that will feature her favorite recipes, grilling tools, tips, and techniques.

Tequileria Maya will offer half priced ($12.50 – $17.50) Tequila Tasting Flights and Maya will offer a special three-course $35 pre-fixe menu in the dining room with an optional Barrel Aging Horizontal Tequila Flight pairing for $25.
