Octopus salami is one of the delights of Rosemary’s menu, a compact collection of octopus tentacles fused with engaging goo into slices resembling salami. The dish comes decorated with fresh basil (from the roof) and a minced giardineira–a tart Sicilian vegetable pickle. Lots going on in this dish, and all of it to the good.
