The Olympics have just kicked off and restaurants around the city are celebrating with specials. Here are some local deals:
In addition to specialty Olympic-themed cocktails, Stone Rose Lounge and Whiskey Park will host viewing parties for the top events throughout the Olympics, allowing fans to take advantage of the numerous TVs at both locations. Each will also offer “Beers From Around The World” paired with a traditional dishes from several countries.
From July 27 to August 12, all three Michael Jordan’s Steak Houses will offer a selection of British cocktails at their bars. The drinks include: Bramble, Blood & Sand, and Victorian Lemonade, each distinctively British. In traditional English style, they are carefully mixed and served chilled by the restaurants’ expert bar teams. They are $12 each.
Located in the Muse Hotel, NIOS is offering five bites celebrating five continents for $3.50 each. The items: Americas: open face kobe slider, cheddar curd, chimichurri, and red pepper ketchup. Africa: sweet potato “eto”, hearts of palm, hard boiled egg, and curry sauce. Asia: togarashi fried squid with squid ink aioli. Europe: crab fritter, braised endive and rouille. Oceania: cantaloupe sherbet and blueberry sauce.
As we previously announced before, GO Burger is launching an eclectic globally inspired menu. Each burger will be going for $16 a pop.
