Pastry chef Olivier Dessyn’s cute Village pastry shop offers a lovely selection of macarons and trays of warm croissants. But the big orbs of cheesy brioche are a more satisfying treat–a savory cap of cheese that’s both chewy and crispy, on a sweet, soft bun. It makes a great breakfast or afternoon snack, though it’s sure to leave you with buttery fingers.
