So long, meat loaf! Julia Child’s legendary 1961 cookbook Mastering the Art of French Cooking along with her television shows revolutionized the way Americans thought about food. On the actual day of what would be her 100th birthday, PowerHouse Arena presents Julia at 100, a night of trivia, prizes, a bake-off, and plenty of French wine. Chefs and food writers, including Tamar Adler (An Everlasting Meal), Dave Crofton (One Girl Cookies), and Alyssa Shelasky (Apron Anxiety), will share five-minute tales to honor this master of the culinary arts.
