Green Tea Noodles from Wild Ginger (212 Bedford Avenue, 718-218-8828)
So there’s a lot that made us suspicious about stepping into Wild Ginger, mainly the fact that the restaurant bills itself as “Pan-Asian” and vegan.
We were happy to be proved wrong by this $7 dish.
These cold, starchy strands come drizzled with a slightly sweet, nutty sauce — and are a more delectable pick than a similar, nearby noodle dish.
You cant taste the tea, per se, but there is a slight citrusy vibe to these pleasantly chewy — and appropriately portioned — pasta pieces.
