Today is National Rum Day. To celebrate, try a rum cocktail from Fatty Crab.

The drink: Dark and Stormy

The bar: Fatty Crab

The price: $10

Ingredients: 1/2 ounce lime juice, 1/2 ounce house ginger syrup, 2 1/2 ounces Regatta ginger beer, 2 ounces Goslings rum, lime wedge, sugarcane spear (optional)

Method: Build over ice-filled glass, starting with lime and syrup, following with ginger beer. Last, float rum on top. Garnish with lime and sugarcane.
