The Ritz-Carlton Central Park is about to get ritzier with a new restaurant opening. The luxury hotel chain recently announced that Auden, with executive chef Mark Arnao, will be taking over on September 28. BLT Market, which previously occupied the space closed a few months back.
The restaurant’s menu will feature “bistro” items like crispy oysters Rockefeller, barbecue beef short ribs, and pot-roasted free-range capon. There will also be a selection of local artisanal cheese and charcuterie.
Auden will be open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner seven days a week. Brunch will be offered on Saturdays and Sundays, from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
