Meli, a new Greek restaurant, just opened in Murray Hill. Menu highlights include a charcoal-grilled octopus ($18) with roasted peppers, onions and capers, as well as roasted baby beets with feta skordalia ($10) and raki-cured salmon ($16) served with shoestring potatoes.
Glaze Teriyaki Grill opened up near Union Square. Their signature teriyaki entrees ($6.75 to $9.50) include chargrilled chicken thigh or breast, Japanese BBQ hanger steak, fresh-never-frozen organic salmon, boneless pork loin, wok vegetables or soy marinated tofu.
