WD-50 and Fatta Cuckoo are teaming up for a dinner series called “Friends with Benefits,” a one-night experience where chefs and mixologists are paired to serve a four-course meal with cocktails.
The first match, on September 12, will be with Jon Bignelli, the chef de cuisine at WD-50, and Chris Mitchell, executive chef at Fatta Cuckoo. The two chefs were friends in college at James Madison.
The meal builds on seasonal ingredients and showcases the chef’s unique skills and abilities. Tickets go for $115 per person and there are only 12 spots available. The dinner lasts for an hour and 30 minutes.
