The ingredients: Five pieces of mango, diced; one lychee, whole; 1 ounce Riesling; 1 ounce Cuban white rum; 1 ounce lychee nectar; splash of SoHo Lychee; splash of simple syrup; mint leaf

The process:
1) Put mango and lychee into a white wine glass
2) Fill the white wine glass to half full with ice
3) Add Riesling, rum, and lychee nectar
4) Add a splash of SoHo Lychee and simple syrup
5) Garnish with mint leaf
