Ingredients: 2 ounces Denizen Rum, .5 ounces Gosling’s Black Seal Rum, .25 ounces fresh lime juice, .25 ounces simple syrup, .5 ounces POM juice, Regatta Ginger Beer
Process: Rim a Collins glass with a mixture of 50/50 sugar and ginger powder. Fill glass with ice. Add Denizen Rum, lime juice, and simple syrup, and top with ginger beer. Gently pour POM juice so it sinks to the bottom. Float Gosling’s Rum on top and garnish with a lime wheel.
