After air balling a children’s film, 2007’s Bee Movie, and a prime time game show, NBC’s The Marriage Ref, Jerry Seinfeld is back, doing what he does best: comedy. His new Crackle streaming series, Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee, is just as amusing as it sounds (“You have finally done the show about nothing,” Seinfeld co-creator Larry David tells him in the inaugural episode), and now he’s embarking on a citywide comedy tour across all five boroughs. After opening at the Beacon Theatre, tonight brings the king of observational comedy to the Bronx’s Lehman Center for the Performing Arts. Take a drink every time he uses the phrase “What’s the deal?” and you’re sure to have a good time.
