Recipe: Jack-o’-Lantern From Upstairs at the Kimberly Hotel


Happy October. The leaves are changing, and Halloween is inching closer by the day. Today, we have a special seasonal cocktail for you. It was created by Upstairs at the Kimberly Hotel’s executive chef, David Andrews, and will only be available on Halloween.

The drink: Jack-o’-Lantern

Ingredients: 1 ounce vodka, 1 ounce vanilla vodka , 2 ounces apple cider, 1/4 ounce lemon juice, pinch of pumpkin spice

The process: Fill your mixing glass with ice and shake vigorously until cocktail mixture appears frothy. Then pour into a rocks glass over ice and garnish with an apple crisp.
