British pop tart Rita Ora is telegenic, really likes Biggie’s “Party and Bullshit,” and should play Gwen Stefani in a No Doubt biopic someday soon. Whether that’s enough depends on one’s age, genre persuasion, and reservoir of patience for theme recycling. Yet her for/by millennials party jams are professional and ebullient enough to make up for the fact that she’s hardly the second coming of Ke$ha. Man, if only.
