teacher, who found evidence of her cop husband’s “tactical plans” to eat
women on her computer, which he used last month after his crashed.
discovering the plan, Valle’s wife left the Forrest Hills home the
couple shared with their young baby and returned to her native Reno,
Nevada, where her mother is reportedly an ex-judge. She then called
authorities — armed with her laptop as evidence of her husband’s devious plans.
Fantasy or not, Valle seemed to know that he was playing with fire.

“I am putting my neck on the line here. If something goes wrong
somehow, I am in deep s–t.”
Valle is being held without bail.
