When Rosemary’s opened during the summer, one of the biggest draws was its rooftop garden. But now that the weather has taken a turn for the sludgy, the West Village trattoria is enticing diners with a new daily breakfast menu.
“It was always the goal to be open all the time for all three meals,” said Parish Felder, Rosemary’s breakfast manager. “We wanted to be a really homey place from the beginning when we started coming up with the restaurant’s concept.”
The menu is filled with some of the more popular brunch specials. “We reconfigured some items to be a little lighter for breakfast,” Felber said. Egg sandwiches and prosciutto on croissants are available in house and for takeout from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Monday through Friday. They might not be that light, but what a way to start a morning.
