For the more tuneful, “Good King Wenceslas”-averse tribesmen searching for an alternative to Chinese dinner and a movie, these a cappella mensches from Yeshiva University light it up “Samson Style” with kitschy bar mitzvah throwback dance moves and high intensity head-bobbing that would knock off any young Talmud scholar’s yarmulke. “Dynamite” takes on Biblical proportions, reworded as “I throw my latkes in the air sometimes,” an inadvisable stunt that might result in the unfortunate loss of sour cream and apple sauce. Forget the frankincense and myrrh, but expect a generous helping of Hebrew a cappella gold.
