I purposely left the food stains on it to show just how delicious it all was. And plentiful.
I joked to my singer/actor friend Orfeh, “There will be vats of paella. Come!”
She came. There were vats of paella.
Not to mention troughs of mussels, tortillas, albondigas, steak, and tons more.
I’m going to lick the stains off the menu as soon as I finish writing this.
Special shout out to Executive Chef Jodi Bernhard for her zingy take on tapas and waiter John, who brought me an extra apple cobbler with ice cream when I oinkishly asked for it.
