The dessert above sundae came from the pastry wizards at ABC Kitchen. An ample scoop of the sweet, burnt sugar ice cream is offset by candied peanuts and caramel popcorn. What really takes the dish from decadent to gut-busting, however, is the river of thick hot fudge sauce poured as a final flourish. The whole mess could crush dreams of a dairy-free diet in a single spoonful — and it would be worth it.
