Bucket Mondays at Prospect
Fort Greene’s Prospect will open on Mondays starting March 18. “Bucket Mondays” will celebrate simple home-style cooking from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. and the bar will stay open even later. A pared-down menu will feature fried poussin, cornbread, homemade cole slaw, and a choice of sides like truffle mac-and-cheese, collard greens, and baked beans for $15 a person. You can get six Bud Heavies for $19, and wine will be discounted at $7. Five-course tasting menus at Prospect are available for $80 on other nights. Mondays, however, are just about the basics. 773 Fulton St., Brooklyn
