Cherry Bombe Magazine Celebrates Women in the Culinary World


Stop what you’re doing and check out Cherry Bombe Magazine, the visually stunning food magazine created by Seersucker’s Kerry Diamond and graphic designer Claudia Wu. The friends (and former Harper’s Bazaar colleagues) launched the imprint in September of last year and have now turned to Kickstarter to seek additional funds for future issues. The biannual publication is almost entirely women-driven, but don’t expect it to be covered in ruffles and kale salads.

The first issue featured profiles of Prune’s Gabrielle Hamilton and a Tennessee BBQ pitmaster. And the new pub has a lighter side, too: Beautiful baking buddies Christina Tosi (Momofuku Milk Bar) and supermodel Karlie Kloss–known for bringing homemade cookies to photo shoots–are also shown palling around in promos.
