Dig Inn‘s sixth location opened on Hudson Street this morning. Smorgasburg co-founders Eric Demby and Jonathan Butler are looking to plant a flag near the South Street Seaport this season, according to DNAinfo. Brooklyn Flea will open 40 tables and a 497-seat outdoor beer garden on Front Street between Beekman and Fulton Streets on Memorial Day Weekend. “Smorgasbar” will also open on top of two large shipping containers.
