Andy Yang’s Thai mini-chain, Rhong Tiam, is launching three new food trucks this spring. Each truck will have its own theme and the “Supreme Burger Truck,” as the first one has unfortunately been called, will launch tomorrow with a focus on Asian-inspired hamburgers.
The burgers ($8-10) will be served on Martin’s potato rolls, and you can expect beef patties spiked with kimchi, pickled daikon, Sriracha aioli, and kaffir lime leaves, along with a menu of empanadas and satay-filled hot dogs. The truck plans to park around the Flatiron district, but more up-to-date details can be found on Twitter.
