If you haven’t already been spicing up your drinks with Morris Kitchen’s delectable syrups, tonight’s your chance to see what you’ve been missing at Friday Night Bites with the Morris Kitchen, part of the New-York Historical Society’s Taste of New York. Brother and sister duo Tyler and Kari Morris will show you how they make their selection of spirited beverage flavor syrups (including ginger, lemon, and rhubarb) that they produce in Brooklyn. They’ll also share their fine drink recipes and how they hand package their product with letter-pressed labels. Tonight’s drink event will coincide with the opening of the museum’s Swing Time: Reginald Marsh and ’30s New York exhibition.
