Once the youngest ever winner of the Caribbean Song Festival, the Eurovision of the West Indies, Machel Montano is now 38, the biggest soca star of his lifetime, and as hot as ever: This year, he won the International Groovy Soca Monarch, the Mercury Prize of Trinidad, for his EDM-infused “The Fog,” and last year, he took home the same title for his EDM-spirited, completely irresistible “Mr. Fete.” Tonight, as part of S.O.B.’s Summer Splash series, he cools off with an evening cruise on the Hudson river.
