Announcement: Third Annual Brooklyn Pour Craft Beer Festival Coming October 12

Good news, beer lovers: We’ve firmed up the date of the third annual Brooklyn Pour craft beer festival, an event that will bring together more than 100 craft brewers from our fair state and beyond. The party hits Skylight One Hanson in Fort Greene on October 12, and while tickets go on sale to the general public August 21, we’ve got a way for you to secure yours early.

We’ll be sending out a special pre-sale code to everyone who has subscribed to our Dining newsletter by the end of the day tomorrow, Wednesday, August 14. If you have that code, you’ll be able to purchase tickets starting at noon on Friday.

The event runs from 3 to 6 p.m. on October 12, and your $50 general admission ticket nets you unlimited tastes of beer plus a souvenir glass and a variety of onsite entertainment. Spring for the $80 VIP ticket, and you’ll also get early access from 2 to 3 p.m., plus entrance to our VIP lounge with a private bar, complimentary food, and a lovely gift bag. Some of the proceeds from the event benefit BRIC, a nonprofit arts and media organization based in Brooklyn.

We’ll be rolling out our list of participants over the coming weeks. In the meantime, get a taste of the 10 best breweries in NYC(-ish), watch a video about Queens’s SingleCut, and read up on the new space Bronx Brewery has in the works.

And don’t forget to sign up for our Dining newsletter by tomorrow night so you get your code.
