If you need to use your lunch hour to seal a deal or impress a client, there’s no place to go but Nougatine, the more casual sidecar to Jean-Georges. Positioned at the entrance to the grander room, Nougatine is more accessible — but it still boasts breathtaking views of the terrace and park. $38 will purchase an appetizer, entrée, and a choice of dessert, all prepared in the Jean-Georges kitchen; you should hope that the tuna tartare is on the menu, for it comes mixed with shaved radish and swimming in ginger dressing. Be sure to make a reservation — this dining room fills up on weekdays between noon and 3 p.m.
