At this, the latest expansion of the chef’s ’90s Fort Lauderdale café, uncut Scorsese films play above every banquette, and soft strobe lights signal fired-up patrons to dance atop tables after dinner. Dig into fried long hots and cherry-pepper-smothered veal cutlets while you groove to an American Hustle soundtrack, and note that both the chef and a towering icon of the Virgin Mary are looking on from the open kitchen.
